Don't have a huge bath at home but this seat works in the small baby bath tub (skip hop moby). It's a bit big though so baby can't really submerge in water. I still prefer using the net that came with the tub. If you need something to help baby sit, this works perfect both in and out of the tub. But I might use it in the shower for baby to sit in so that he doesn't fall or slip.

My son sits still n its really easy to bathe him. Happy i bought this!
