Product Recalls

Date: 16 August 2022

Affected models:

  • MamaRoo infant swing (models 4M-005, 1026, and 1037
  • RockaRoo infant rocker (model number 4M-012)

What are the defects/issues?
Consumers with infants who can crawl should not leave their child unattended with the product or stow the product in a safe, inaccessible location until the free strap fastener has been fitted, as a crawling infant could become entangled in the straps, posing a strangulation hazard.

To resolve this issue, 4moms is offering consumers who own a MamaRoo infant swing (models 4M-005, 1026, and 1037) or RockaRoo infant rocker (model number 4M-012) a free strap fastener to upgrade their product and ensure that the product continues to conform to the highest safety standards internationally.

What should you do?

If you currently own a 4moms MamaRoo / RockaRoo, please do not leave your child (infants who can crawl) unattended with the product.

Please check for its model number on the base:

Please contact Bao-Na Gan at Bloom & Grow Singapore immediately on +65 6392 5675 or to register for a free strap fastener, which will be shipped to you as soon as possible. The free strap fastener will prevent the straps from extending under the seat when the product is not in use.

Affected Batch

What are the defects/issues?
The following batches of Lucas’ Papaw Ointment have been urgently recalled by Australia’s medicines regulator due to microbial contamination. While these moulds and bacteria pose “minimal risk” to the general population, there is a “remote risk” that individuals who are immunocompromised could become ill if they are exposed to these organisms.

What should you do?

If you have a container of Lucas' Papaw Ointment, check its batch number.

Batch numbers can be located on:

  • the 'crimp' at the top of the 15g tube
  • the bottom of the 75g and 200g containers.
  • If your ointment is from the affected batches, you should immediately stop using it.

Return it to the place of purchase for a refund. For Pupsik customers, please contact us via our website link (click here) and provide us with your date of purchase and order number.

No other batches or other Lucas' Papaw Remedies products are being recalled at this time.
