Silent & Gentle
Handy, silent and gentle – an ideal choice for nights. The nose tip is made of soft, BPA-free silicone to make sure that it does not irritate the baby’s nose.
Our engineers had been working hard to create a device that makes the life of mothers and their little ones easier. That is how the Colibri head was created. The head is the only part of the device that needs cleaning after a nose cleaning session. It can be taken apart and simply washed under running water.
Nosiboo cares. That is why we exclusively use materials that are absolutely harmless to humans. We made this sure by strict and thorough testing.
Powered by your lungs
No need to overexplain. The Nosiboo Eco Nasal Aspirator is powered by your own lung, so you can decide how strong you wish or can perform suctioning.
No filter needed
The aspirator works with Nosiboo’s exclusive patented concept which prevents the nasal mucus from getting out of the suctioning head. It doesn't require any filters, so you save your money and time!
If possible hazardous situations below are not avoided, user injury or even a fatal accident may occur.
Warning– The device can be used exclusively for removing the nasal mucus from a child’s nose. Disinfect the Colibri head after every use. Do not leave the dismantled pieces of the Nosiboo ECO within reach of children because they may swallow these. The device can be used only by adults. Do not leave the device unattended near children or people with reduced physical or mental capacity.
Make sure that all pieces are appropriately attached before using the device. If rashes or redness appear on the nose of the child after using the device, do not use it again! Consult a physician! Do not use the device in case of haemophilia, if the blood vessels of the nasal septum’s mucous membrane widen – in case offrequent nosebleed, while taking bloodthinners, in case of congenital malformations (e.g. cleft palate).
1. Intended use
Prevention of the complications caused by childhood cold and accelerating the healing process by removing the nasal mucus. Recommended for children (typically under 4), who cannot remove nasal mucus on their own by blowing their noses. The vacuum needed for the aspiration is created by the user’s mouth (thanks to the detached design in an indirect way). Infants should be lying; small children should be sitting in a stable position while aspirating their nose. Put the mouthpiece into your mouth and insert the previously disinfected nose tip into the nasal cavity, pointing slightly outwards to the eyeball. In this position, you can slightly move the nose tip while discontinuously performing suction with your mouth through the tube. The connection point of the tube should point downwards while in use. Dry or very thick nasal mucus can be dissolved by saline solutions. No more than 5 ml of these should be used at a time. Wait a few minutes after using the solution, use the nasal aspirator only thereafter. The Nosiboo ECO can hold up to 5 ml thin liquid. The aspirated liquid accumulates on the inner wall of the nozzle and thanks to its elaborate design, the liquid cannot exit from the inside of the Colibri head, therefore it can be used safely without any filter parts.
2. Device introduction and commissioning
1. Clean the parts of the Colibri head (see chapters Cleaning and Storage)
2 . Insert the collared tube into the Colibri housing half that has a connection
3 . Place the Colibri housing half that has no connection in the right position
4 . Push the flexible nose tip on the matching flange
5 . Attach one end of the tube to the Colibri head connection
6 . Attach the other end of the tube to the mouthpiece The device can be used several times a day; the general goal is to facilitate the calm breathing of the child. Suggested frequency of use: several times a day if necessary, after waking, before eating and sleeping.
3. Cleaning and Storage– The Colibri head can be taken apart after disconnecting the tube and the nose tip. To clean the mouthpiece, disconnect it from the tube. Thereafter, wash the parts in lukewarm water, disinfect them in disinfectant liquid and let them dry. Suggested disinfectant: Chicco Disinfectant. The device should be stored in a closed space, away from direct sunlight or radiant heaters.
4. Environment– The Nosiboo ECO manual nasal aspirator does not pose any environmental risks, that is why it can be disposed of as household waste.

Why is Nosiboo different from all other nasal aspirators on the market?
The most crucial elements of the Nosiboo products are the patented Colibri and Penguin heads. The liquid cannot exit from the inside of the head, safely preventing the nasal mucus from getting into the connecting tube or into the device. That means you won’t have to purchase extra replaceable filters for the daily use of these devices. After use, the patented Colibri/Penguin head is the only part of the device that needs to be cleaned and it can be done within a minute. The Colibri head can be powered in two different ways: as a part of the electric Nosiboo Pro, and also with the manual Nosiboo Eco. The Penguin head can only be used as a part of the Nosiboo Go.
Our products feature a child-friendly design besides being highly functional.
