Score This is seriously my lifesaver! 24 and 28mm are too big and this 21mm option is a perfect fit for me. At $8.90 you could just buy and try it out without breaking the bank. Ive stock up two more sets to reduce number of washing rounds.

Score The default 28mm flange of Spectra S9 was not suitable for me and pumping was painful for me. With the smaller size shield that I got, pumping has been pain free. Very happ with the purchase. Going to get another pair now.
