All points will expire in 60 days. But if you want it to last longer, just earn some more points! The total cumulative points will then reset to expire 60 days later. No worries as we will send reminder emails before your points expire and also monthly points balance statement!

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How can I earn points?

    To earn points, you need to create an account in our store. Once you have an account you can then earn points by placing orders, writing product reviews, sharing on Facebook, referring your friends and more!

  • How can I spend points?

    You can spend your points on any order you place through our store. In the shopping cart or at the order review step of the checkout, simply adjust the slider to spend your points in that order. Please make sure you are logged in first!

  • How can you earn points for writing product reviews?

    You can earn points for writing reviews on any of our store products. Log in, go to My Accounts. Go to My Orders. Click on View Order. You will see that next to each item that you ordered, there is a button that says, “Review and earn points”. Click on it and you will be redirected to the product review page. Submit your review!

  • Is there a limit to the number of points I earn from submitting reviews?

    Yes. Avoid submitting more than 10 reviews each week, as you can only accumulate up to 500 points pending for approval at a time. If you exceed more than 10 reviews, the exceeded reviews will not earn any points. 

  • When will my review be approved? When can I get my points?

    You will not earn points immediately. Please give a maximum of 2-3 working days for your review to be approved. Once approved, the points will automatically be added to your account. To view your Reviews summary, go to My Account, and My Points and Rewards. You will see all the reviews you have submitted and their statuses: Approved, Cancelled, Pending.

  • How to understand my Reviews Summary?

    In your Reviews Summary, each review has a comment and a status. The comment section indicates whether you have received points for the review. The status section shows whether your review is Approved, Pending or Cancelled.

    • Approved: Review is approved, points earned.
    • Pending: Review is still pending approval, the pending points will be visible on your account
    • Cancelled: Review is not approved, no points earned.
  • Why is my review not approved?

    We only approve & post reviews that are helpful, constructive and objective to other customers. An ideal review is at least 2-3 sentences, highlighting pros/cons of product, brief explanation for your opinions. Some reasons why review is not posted/not approved: 

    • Too short, not helpful/constructive/beneficial to other customers
    • Subjective, biased opinion without reasonable explanation
    • Irrelevant review not about product (e.g. delivery/customer service, etc)
    • Review about defective product
    • Duplicated reviews are deleted (1 review per product)
  • How can you earn points for referring my friends?

    Referring your friend has never been easier! Click this link, enter your friends' email address separated by commas, add an optional message and press send. Alternatively, you can provide your friends with your referral code (click here). Your friend can sign up with your referral code. Once they make the first purchase, you will be awarded 250 points. You will also earn 10% of the total points earned by your friend on subsequent purchases.

  • How many times can I share on Social Media?

    You can share on social media our products or pages as many times as you would like. However, we can only offer rewards for the first 10 times you share on social media.

  • How does the yearly reward work?

    We will award you 200 points on the anniversary of your account creation for the first three years of your membership with Pupsik. An email will be sent to you once points are added so that you don't miss this!

  • Do Pupsik points ever expire?

    All points earned have expiry duration of 60 days. Want the points to last longer? Just earn some more points, and restart the clock! For example, if you have 1000 points expiring in 1 day, simply submit a review that earns you 50 points. Your new balance of 1050 points will expire in another 60 days.

  • Will you remind me if my points are about to expire?

    Yes, we will! We send two reminder emails, one 7 days and the other 2 days before your points are about to expire.

  • Where can I check how many points I have?

    You can see your points balance and breakdown of all points awards and spends under My Account, My Points and Rewards (click here).
