Position:  Customer Service Executive (Full-Time/ Part-Time)

Are you a good and patient communicator who enjoys interacting with customers to understand and help them with their enquiries? Are you a meticulous multitasker that enjoys handling administrative duties and staying on top of them? Are you a independent problem-solver that is able to creatively come up with solutions to resolve difficult situations? If so, you may be the one we are looking for to join our team as our Customer Service Executive.

As a Customer Service Executive at Pupsik, you will be joining a dynamic team to assist in handling customer service and administrative duties on a daily basis.

 Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
  • Perform customer verifications
  • Follow up on customer interactions
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the management
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
  • Record details of actions taken
  • General office admin duties
  • Ad-Hoc projects/tasks

 Requirements:

  • Diploma, general education degree or equivalent
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken is a must
  • Previous experience in Customer Service and good knowledge of baby products is a bonus
  • Computer literate
