Developed by Laboratoires BIOPHA, Hydra-bleine® is a unique natural plant complex which combines wheat oils and proteins. Their combined effect minimizes water loss (dehydration), and nourishes and protects the skin and scalp. The water-lipid balance of baby's skin is ensured daily. However, this second purchase when receiving the bottle, it was already leaking.. the cling wrap around the bottle had soap and the pump seems to have been open. Further more, I feedback after the 7 days return policy and til now no definite resolution to this. As a VIP member I’m quite disappointed in the way it has been handled.
