With a loose measuring tape or piece of string, measure the diagonal distance (in inches) from your shoulder to your opposite hip bone (the way a seat belt goes---> image). With this measurement, together with your weight-height, obtain your pouch size from the sizing chart on the left.
-
If you are pregnant, measure the loose distance across your back or use your pre-pregnancy weight to obtain your pouch size.
-
If there is a discrepency in your pouch size based on your shoulder-to-hip distance and weight-height, it is recommended that you follow the pouch size corresponding to your weight-height measurements.
-
If your shoulder-to hip distance falls between sizes (e.g. 24.5 inches) it is recommended that you choose the smaller size (e.g. size 2 if your shoulder-to hip distance is 24.5 inches). However, if you are bra cup size D or more, it is recommended that you choose a size up.
-
Most people can wear 2 different sizes. Most find it comfortable when the lowest point of the pouch is 1-2 inches below the height of your belly button.
