It is very important to us that you are perfectly happy with your new pouch carrier.

Please contact us (hello@pupsikstudio.com) for an exchange within 3 days if you feel that your pouch is not the right size for you. For mommies who are still pregnant, we would be happy to extend the exchange period for you until you are ready to try on your pouch. Just let us know your estimated due date (EDD) upon purchase.

Upon contacting us, you can go about exchanging your pouch in either of the following ways:

1. Send the pouch back to us in its clean and original condition and packaging and include a self addressed return envelope + stamp for us to mail the new pouch back to you. You can also purchase a prepaid return envelope ($2, applicable to addresses in Singapore only) when you order from us. This can be used to mail your pouch back for an exchange.

2. You can choose to pay $3 (using internet banking transfer to DBS Savings Plus account #070-9-001249). This is to cover the cost of shipping the exchange. We will send you the new pouch together with a prepaid return envelope for you to return the pouch to us.

Please remember that all returned items has to be in its original (clean/ undamaged) condition. We trust that you would take steps to ensure this before sending any item back to us for an exchange.
