The April Skirt is a gorgeous Multi Tiered Skirt, each tier featuring one of Oobi's uniquely designed fabrics. The waist is elasticated for comfort but hidden by a sweet sash-tie.

Each tier is finished with Vintage style lace for true "Moulin Rouge" decadence.
