We want you to be happy with your purchase and will allow exchanges on all our regular priced products within 30 days of receipt.

Buy with confidence. We stand behind our products. If you choose to exchange the item, simply:

1. Fill in and add this "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" item to your shopping cart and checkout. 

2. Upon receiving your request, we will contact you and let you know the address you would need to send the item back to us for the exchange.

3. When sending your item back to us, please remember to indicate your name and address at the back of the envelope when you send the item back to us.

4. We will send the new item out to you as soon as we receive your return in its original condition and packaging.

Terms and Conditions

1. All returns have to be sent to us in its original condition and packaging. Please take reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit. We reserve the right not to process any exchange/refunds on damaged items that are returned to us.

2. The customer will bear all shipping charges involved in the exchange/refund. In the case of a refund not due to a defective item, the customer will be refunded the cost of the item paid minus the shipping cost incurred in sending the item out.

3. Our 30 days exchange policy does not apply to bras, panties, nursing pads, pre-ordered items, sale items or custom-made goods and products damaged after leaving our store.

4. In the event of any product being faulty, we will cover all costs of postage and either refund or exchange the goods.

5. We are not responsible for returns that do not reach us.

6. We try to process exchange requests as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the refund to be processed after the item is returned to us. If you need the exchange done urgently, you may request for the exchange to be done at our warehouse located at 50 Bukit Batok St 23.
