The pouch is sized to fit you, and not the baby, so the same size can be used for when baby is born up to 20kg. Our compact design means there is no need for further adjustments with messy rings or excess fabrics.

You can also choose or verify your pouch size based on the sizing chart above. If you are a bra cup size D or larger, we recommend that you choose a size up. If you are pregnant, choose a size based on your pre-pregnancy weight.
