Frequently Asked Questions

1. How will I receive my orders?

We send out all orders by post. Please select your preferred shipping mode at checkout. Do note that at this point, we are unable to attend to requests to self-collect items ordered.

Local - All local orders in Singapore can be shipped by normal mail (exact charge depends on the weight of the items) or next day courier delivery (flat rate of $4.99).  Please indicate your preference at checkout to determine the shipping charge for normal/registered mail.

Overseas - International postage depends on the number and weight of items you choose. The best way to find out the cost of postage to your country will be to add the items you want to your shopping cart and check out. Our system will automatically calculate the shipping cost to your country based on your order and address. You can decide at that point whether you would like to proceed with the payment process to complete the order.

2. How long will it take before I can expect to receive my order?

We strive to process and ship out all orders within 3-5 working days of receiving payment. You will be automatically notified by email once your order is shipped out through the warehouse. 

If you are in Singapore, you should usually receive your order within 2-3 working days (SingPost) or the next working day for courier delivery once it is sent out. Do note that courier service is not available during weekends.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for international orders to reach your country.

Pupsik Studio will not be responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged in the shipping process.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal (see example).

You can also transfer the money via Internet Banking or ATM transfer directly to our DBS Savings Plus account #002-3-066249 (Jurong Point Branch code 002).

If you are writing a cheque out to us, the name of the beneficiary name should be "Pupsik Studio LLP".

4. Can I request for an exchange of an item after receiving it?

We want you to be happy with your purchase(s) and will allow exchanges on all our regular priced products within 7 days of receipt. Sale items are not exchangeable or refundable. If you are purchasing an item that can only be tried on after delivery (e.g. a pouch or Belly Bandit) for yourself or a friend, we would be happy to extend the exchange period until after delivery. Just let us know your/recipient's estimated due date (EDD) at the comment section at checkout.

5. I tried contacting you a few times but did not receive a reply. Why is this so? 

We usually respond to all enquires submitted to us HERE within 2 working days. If you do not hear from us during this time, it may be that our reply to you has been filtered to your spam box by your email server. Please check your spam box and try contacting us HERE again.

6. I placed an order online but did not receive an order confirmation. Did my order go through?

Again, if you are quite sure that you have placed your order, please check your spam box to see if your order confirmation was filtered there by your email server.

7. There is an item I want from your store but I am unable to add it my shopping cart. Can I order it?

Usually, this means that the item you want is currently unavailable or discontinued. If you would like to pre-order an item that is no longer available, please contact us HERE.
